Pumps & Gearboxes Direct is part of the Richard Alan Group, based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. We help businesses source pumps, gearboxes and replacement parts quickly, with experienced technical support available when the answer isn’t straightforward.
Our story
Pumps & Gearboxes Direct was created in 2012 as the online supply division of the Richard Alan Group. Working with trusted manufacturers and suppliers, we developed a straightforward way for customers to purchase pumps, gearboxes and replacement equipment online.
Our aim is to make standard and emergency replacements easier to source, while ensuring customers can still speak to a knowledgeable team when product selection requires more technical input.
In 2022, we moved into significantly larger premises in Dewsbury. The additional space has enabled us to increase our stockholding, expand our capabilities and help reduce the lead-time difficulties often faced by customers with urgent industrial requirements.
Pump supply
We supply products and spares from established pump manufacturers, helping customers source both planned replacements and urgent breakdown requirements.
Gearbox expertise
Alongside our pump range, we supply stocked SITI gearboxes and are the exclusive UK assembly centre and stockist for Yilmaz Reduktor gearboxes.
Our gearbox capability allows us to support standard requirements as well as applications needing more detailed technical selection.
