Delivery Information

Standard Delivery (UK Mainland)
For in-stock items, estimated delivery is 2 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier service used.

Non-Stock and Third-Party Items
For products not stocked in our warehouse or supplied via third-party vendors, delivery times may vary based on the supplier’s lead times. While we strive to dispatch all orders promptly, some suppliers may require additional time to process and ship items.

Additional Delivery Information

  • Free delivery on all UK Mainland orders
  • International delivery: Please contact the office with the required pump code
  • Ex works / Collection available from our head office in Dewsbury
  • Express delivery available at an additional cost

Please note: Delivery excludes UK Islands, Republic of Ireland, and Scottish Highlands.

 


Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 28-day returns policy for eligible products.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Customised, made-to-order, or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

 

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us via the Chat button or directly to request a returns authorisation.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions, including the appropriate return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-faulty returns.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
