The Versamatic ½ inch (13mm) stainless steel bolted AODD (air-operated double-diaphragm) pump delivers reliable, non-stalling fluid transfer with flow rates up to 45.4 l/min (12 gpm). Its patented lubrication-free air valve system ensures continuous, trouble-free operation with consistent on/off reliability.
Applications
Ideal for OEM integration, chemical dosing, small-scale manufacturing and process control systems, this corrosion-resistant pump is well suited for transferring aggressive chemicals or volatile fluids. Its ATEX-compliant design makes it safe for use in potentially explosive environments.
Construction
Built from robust stainless steel and featuring a secure bolted construction, this pump provides a tight, leak-free seal. The corrosion-resistant air section, extended-life diaphragms and compact footprint ensure long operational life with minimal maintenance. It is also available in aluminium and Alloy C for alternative application requirements.
