Pump Construction

• Available with vortex or single-channel impellers to suit different solids handling needs
• Single-unit cartridge seal with double mechanical seals (SiC-SiC on the pump side, SiC-C on the motor side)
• EN 1092-1 flanged outlet sizes: DN 65, DN 80, DN 100, DN 150
• No-clog impeller design for reliable solids handling
• Compliant with EN 12050-1 for wastewater systems

Motor Construction

• IE3 premium efficiency three-phase, squirrel cage motor
• Continuous S1 operation when fully submerged; S3 operation based on liquid level
• Seal chamber includes an optional moisture sensor to alert for mechanical seal wear
• Stator windings include bi-metallic thermal protection (130°C max)
• Start-up types: DOL for 1.1–4.0 kW, Star-Delta for 5.5–11.0 kW
• Bearings lubricated for life with a minimum 50,000-hour lifespan
