Performance
The Versamatic 3" (76mm) cast iron clamped AODD (air-operated double-diaphragm) pump delivers powerful flow performance up to 886 l/min (234 gpm). With a non-stalling, lube-free air valve system and excellent suction lift capability, it is designed for continuous and rugged industrial use.

Applications
Built for tough environments, this 3" diaphragm pump handles abrasive slurries, solids-laden fluids, and aggressive chemicals. Its ATEX certification makes it suitable for potentially explosive areas, such as those found in oil and gas, mining, wastewater, and chemical processing.

Construction
Featuring a simplified clamped design, the pump offers ease of maintenance with fewer fasteners and faster access. The cast iron construction provides robust durability and excellent abrasion resistance. Groundable and made with conductive materials, this pump safely dissipates electrostatic charges in ATEX-rated zones.
