The Versamatic 1½" (38mm) bolted plastic AODD (air-operated double-diaphragm) pump offers impressive flow rates up to 378 l/min (100 gpm) in a compact, portable design. With a stroke displacement of 1.63 L, this pump delivers consistent, non-stalling on/off reliability across a variety of chemical handling applications.

Applications
Engineered for aggressive and corrosive media, this chemically resistant pump is ideal for chemical processing, wastewater treatment (including filter press systems), and metal finishing operations. ATEX-compliant conductive polypropylene models are available for use in hazardous environments.

Construction
Constructed entirely from high-grade plastic materials such as polypropylene and PVDF, the pump offers outstanding resistance to acids, alkalis, and solvents. Its leak-free bolted design includes adjustable horizontal and vertical porting options for flexible installation. PVDF variants are especially suited for UV-exposed applications.
