The Versamatic ¼ inch (6 mm) bolted plastic AODD pump delivers flow rates up to 19 l/min (5 gpm) in one of the smallest footprints available. Designed for smooth, non-stalling and lubrication-free operation, it provides quiet, efficient performance with minimal air consumption and maximum installation flexibility.
Applications
Ideal for OEM integration and precision chemical dosing, this miniature diaphragm pump is used in compact lab systems, small dosing units, sampling stations and delicate media transfer duties where accuracy, reliability and space efficiency are essential. ATEX-compliant conductive Acetal models are available for volatile or hazardous fluids.
Construction
Built with dual-threaded manifolds and multiple porting configurations, including horizontal suction, vertical discharge and optional side ports, this pump adapts easily to tight or complex system layouts. Available in polypropylene, PVDF (Kynar) and conductive Acetal, it offers excellent chemical resistance, grounding capability and long-term durability. An integrated muffler ensures ultra-quiet operation.
