Calpeda GQV | GQVM Submersible Pumps:

Robust vortex submersible pumps for wastewater and dirty water with solid handling capability.

Performance
The Calpeda GQV and GQVM pumps are single-impeller submersible pumps fitted with a free-flow vortex impeller, making them ideal for handling dirty water and wastewater with solids up to 65 mm in diameter. GQV models feature horizontal threaded or flanged outlets, while GQVM versions are single-phase with built-in float switches and thermal protection. A double mechanical seal with oil chamber provides excellent dry-running resistance and long-term reliability.

Construction:

• Free-flow vortex impeller

• GQV: Horizontal delivery port G2", G2½", DN 50 or DN 65 flange

• Double mechanical shaft seal with interposed oil chamber

• Cast iron pump casing and impeller

• Chrome-nickel stainless steel motor jacket and external components

• Polypropylene handle with stainless steel support

• GQVM: Single-phase with float switch and thermal protector
