Performance

HG pumps share the same interaxis dimensions as ISO 2858 chemical norm pumps, ensuring easy interchangeability with standard process pump installations. The casing and impeller are produced using investment casting technology, and the pumps are driven by standard IEC motors on a stub shaft design. Multiple seal arrangements are available, including single mechanical seal, double tandem, double back to back, and packing gland options.

Applications

HG pumps are designed for handling slightly contaminated liquids or non-abrasive slurries, making them suitable for a wide range of process duties. They are capable of transferring liquids with gas contents up to 10 percent, making them suitable for aerated or unstable process streams. Typical applications include:
