HG pumps have the same interaxis as ISO 2858 chemical norm pumps, ensuring easy interchangeability. The casing and impeller are manufactured using investment casting technology. Equipped with a standard IEC motor (different brands available) with a stub shaft design. Multiple seal arrangements are available: single, double tandem, double back-to-back, and packing gland.
Use
HG pumps can handle slightly contaminated liquids or non-abrasive slurries in the chemical and petrochemical industries. They are well suited for handling liquids with gas contents up to 10%. These pumps are also used in general industrial service, foodstuff industries, dissolved air flotation systems, sugar industries, water/solvent recovery processes, power stations, steel industries, textiles, and small evaporator plants.
