Performance
The DAB K series is a range of single impeller centrifugal pumps designed for domestic, civil, agricultural and light industrial applications. Offering flow rates up to 96 m³/h and heads up to 62 metres, the K range is ideal for irrigation, decanting, circulation and fluid transfer where high volume and consistent performance are required.

Construction
The pump body and motor support are constructed from cast iron for strength and long term durability. Impellers are supplied in technopolymer or cast iron depending on the model. All K series pumps use a carbon and ceramic mechanical seal for reliable sealing performance during continuous use.
Motor
The K series uses a closed asynchronous motor cooled by external ventilation. Single phase models include built in thermo amperometric protection with a permanently connected capacitor. Three phase versions require external overload protection in accordance with UK electrical standards. Motors are built to CEI 2-3 standards and rated:
- IE2 efficiency from 0.75 to 5.5 kW
- IE3 efficiency from 7.5 kW upward
