Performance
The Versamatic 1" VALOR AODD (air operated double diaphragm) pump delivers flow rates up to 238 l/min (63 gpm). Designed for improved efficiency, it offers the highest GPM to SCFM ratio on the market, operates at pressures up to 125 psi, and provides excellent diaphragm and valve service life.
Applications
Built for versatility, the VALOR is ideal for chemical transfer, general industrial use, OEM systems, wastewater handling and more. It is available with centre porting, end porting, and ATEX compliant material options. With future expansion planned for 1½ inch, 2 inch, and 3 inch versions, the VALOR range is engineered for present and future system requirements.
Construction
Engineered for fast and simple maintenance, the VALOR uses a combined main and pilot air valve that allows air side servicing in approximately five minutes, compared with 45 minutes or more on many standard pumps. All wet side bolts are the same size for easier assembly, and the modular design provides repositionable feet and dual porting options. Materials include polypropylene, PVDF (Kynar) and conductive polypropylene for safe transfer of volatile or aggressive media.
