Performance

The Versamatic 1" VALOR AODD (air-operated double-diaphragm) pump sets a new benchmark for pumping efficiency, delivering flow rates up to 238 l/min (63 gpm). Engineered for superior performance, it offers the highest GPM-to-SCFM ratio on the market, operates at pressures up to 125 psi, and delivers exceptional diaphragm and valve service life.

Applications

Highly versatile, the VALOR is ideal for chemical transfer, general industrial duties, OEM integration, wastewater, and process applications. Its modular design supports centre and end porting, with ATEX-compliant materials coming soon. The VALOR platform will expand to include 1½", 2", and 3" models, ensuring future scalability and system compatibility.

Construction

Designed for rapid, simplified servicing, the VALOR features a combined main and pilot air valve allowing complete air-side maintenance in just five minutes, compared to 45 minutes or more on standard AODD pumps. All wet-side bolts are a single uniform size, and the modular assembly includes repositionable feet and dual-porting capability. Available in polypropylene, PVDF (Kynar®), and conductive polypropylene for safe transfer of aggressive or volatile media.
