Performance

The Versamatic 1 inch VALOR AODD pump delivers flow rates up to 238 l/min (63 gpm). Designed for improved efficiency, it offers the highest GPM to SCFM ratio on the market, operates at pressures up to 125 psi, and provides excellent diaphragm and valve service life.

Applications

The VALOR range is engineered for chemical transfer, general industrial duties, OEM system integration and wastewater handling. It supports centre porting, end porting and ATEX compliant material options. With future 1½ inch, 2 inch and 3 inch models planned, the VALOR platform is designed for long term scalability.

Construction

The VALOR features a combined main and pilot air valve that allows air side servicing in approximately five minutes compared with 45 minutes or more on many standard pumps. All wet side bolts are the same size for simplified assembly. The modular design provides dual porting, repositionable feet and material options including polypropylene, PVDF (Kynar) and conductive polypropylene for volatile media.
